Dear all, Our evaluation (3 stars) was based on the fowlloign two facts: 1) In our last order even though we were charged with extra expenses for faster delivery, the goods delayed to be delivered (as it would be delivered with no faster courier service). The excuse we received for your customer service dept. was that this happened due to lack of availability of some products . However that was something we should have known from the beginning and do not be charged with the cost of faster delivery. 2) PREGNIL was also included in our order , but the packaging was not suitable as this product is reserved only in the fridge. All the rest products are excellent and certainly we would recomend your store . Thank you for taking into consideration of the above Regards Chondrou Maria
